Nuestro proceso inicia con la recolecci\u00f3n de <strong>PP (polipropileno) y PEAD (polietileno de alta densidad) molido<\/strong>, ya sea <strong>sucio o limpio<\/strong>, proveniente de residuos <strong>posindustriales y postconsumo<\/strong>. A continuaci\u00f3n, te explicamos en detalle cada fase de nuestro trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Separaci\u00f3n en la Fuente<\/strong> \u267b\ufe0f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo comienza con la adecuada separaci\u00f3n de residuos en hogares, colegios, centros comerciales, empresas e industrias. Este paso es clave para facilitar el reciclaje eficiente del pl\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Reciclador y Acopio<\/strong> \ud83d\udd04<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El material pl\u00e1stico separado es recolectado por <strong>recicladores<\/strong>, quienes seleccionan y entregan los residuos aprovechables a los centros de <strong>acopio<\/strong>. All\u00ed, los pl\u00e1sticos se <strong>clasifican seg\u00fan el sistema de numeraci\u00f3n universal (del 1 al 7)<\/strong> y se muelen, con o sin lavado previo, dependiendo de su condici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Transformaci\u00f3n en Bioplast de Antioquia<\/strong> \ud83c\udfed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez recibidos los materiales reciclables, iniciamos el <strong>proceso de transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, compuesto por varias fases especializadas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recepci\u00f3n de Materia Prima<\/strong> \ud83d\ude9b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se descarga el material en nuestras instalaciones. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se registra informaci\u00f3n clave como <strong>proveedor, ciudad de origen y tipo de material (PP o PEAD).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Clasificaci\u00f3n del Material<\/strong> \u2705<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se separa el pl\u00e1stico seg\u00fan su tipo de resina (<strong>PP o PEAD<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se toman muestras para las <strong>pruebas de calidad.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pruebas de Calidad y Caracterizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> \ud83d\udd2c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Realizamos an\u00e1lisis para garantizar que el material cumpla con nuestros est\u00e1ndares:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prueba de humedad:<\/strong> Determina la cantidad de agua retenida en el pl\u00e1stico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prueba de flotabilidad:<\/strong> Identifica la densidad del material y su compatibilidad con el proceso de reciclaje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contenido de carga:<\/strong> Eval\u00faa la presencia de impurezas u otros materiales no deseados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lavado y Secado<\/strong> \ud83d\udebf<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el material lo requiere, se somete a un proceso de <strong>lavado industrial<\/strong> para eliminar impurezas y mejorar su calidad antes de la transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Peletizaci\u00f3n: Transformaci\u00f3n en Materia Prima<\/strong> \ud83d\udd04<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed ocurre la conversi\u00f3n del material en <strong>pellets reutilizables<\/strong>.
